Review and Complaints of Louisville Slugger
Hello, I purchased a Xeno plus bat for my 8 year old daughter in March. After about 2 weeks of use, it started to make a rattling noise. Everyone kept telling us it was normal for a xeno because they make a different sound. The rattling got worse. It would make a rattling sound by just hitting it against your hand. I started reading reviews about the bat and others are saying the same thing. I filled out a return form. I understand that you only get one return which is kind of crazy to me since you spend so much on these bats. $300 bat shouldn’t break from a 8 year old girl hitting with it. Does it have to be replaced with a xeno plus. I don’t mind paying extra if I need to, in order to get another bat. I also coach high schools softball and one of my players have a this bat. They swung it for a week and went back to their old bat. It seems like a badly constructed bat to me.
